Doorbusters

"It takes two to make a bargain."

-American proverb

I have been posting so frequently this month that I am running out of things to say ( those who know me best had better stop that snickering in the corner - I KNOW who you are):
  • I'm knitting Xmas presents
  • I'm baking cookies
  • I'm designing patterns
  • I'm trimming trees
  • I'm running a contest
  • I'm lining up test knitters
Now what?

How about a special one-day-only SALE!

We all love that word, right? I KNOW I do...

I hereby proclaim this to be: BLACK MONDAY - tah dah!

For the rest of the day (midnight EST) it's Buy two - get one free!

Here's how it works: Put three patterns in your cart, send me the order through PayPal, and I will immediately (if not sooner) refund you the cost of the least expensive one & email all three patterns out to your hot little yarn lovin' hands. Or, if you are the suspicious sort and think this might be a scam, buy 2 and put your choice for the 3rd pattern (must be the least expensive) in the comments area.

Offer is good for any single pattern on the site, but not the 2008 & 2009 Garden Variety $32 offer. If I gave you one of those for free, Evelyn would probably accuse me of undercutting her sales. But if you want to round out your collection by adding one of the individual patterns, that qualifies for the deal.

If that means you now have all the 2009 GVC patterns, you would also get Spruce so you would get TWO free patterns!

Look for more doorbusters every day this week. Get a pattern for a friend or get something for yourself. You know it will fit and I can absolutely guarantee pre-Xmas delivery (LOL)

And I didn't even make you get up early...

Tomorrow? Green Tuesday!

Just to spread the joy around, I will be giving away a free pattern (of your choice - Spruce excluded) to one commenter a day through Christmas, randomly chosen by Mrs. Claus (just me - don't get too excited).

I'll announce the previous day's winner in each post this month, If you are the winner, email me your preference at susanpandorf@comcast.net and I'll email your pattern right out to you.

Doesn't that sound like a lot of fun?

Saturday's winner is Nancy in VT and yesterday's winner is: bluebunny. Email me, girls...

Now aren't you glad you left a comment?

Wow that's a nice little sale. I wish I hadn't spent my budget for this year. But I'll just look from the sideline.

you sound very busy, but as long as you have time to design nice things it's OK.

I'm afraid your test knitting might be wasted on me because I'm still learning how to do lace well. lol I really really love your patterns though, they're so beautiful!

Oh, my! Your designs have inspired me toward a thin I NEVER thought I'd do: lace knitting! I, also would like to know what you'd recommend for the complete and utter newby. (That is, I've knit many other things, but have no clue about lace or beading. VERY willing to learn, all of a sudden!)

Just put in my order. Choosing only three was tough work, but I was just the woman to do it! Can't wait to start knitting!

Oooh, your black monday sale was evil, since I had just said I wouldn't buy any more patterns. I couldn't resist, though, and after literally an hour narrowing it down to three, I ended up with Triad, Magic Carpet Ride and Chinoise ... where I have the perfect skein already for it ... but I had to forgo SnowDrift and Sherwood (and I even live in Sherwood Forest!) and Moroccan Days/Arabian Nights, and Mehndi (which I wasn't convinced my knitting skills were up to right now) and so many others that I want to knit so badly...of course, I'm also still hoping that my hubby buys me the 2008 garden patterns for Christmas, so I didn't count any of those, either ... oh, your designs are so amazing!
